super weird!!

i have seven pure silkie bantam eggs being laid on by my broody hen. I know for a fact the eggs are fertilized, and when i candle the eggs, i can see a chick in all but two of them, we’re on day 23 right now and no signs of hatching at all, what’s going on??

Be patient! My first silkie broody hen hatch didn't go as planned at all! They also all hatched at night and my camera is what caught the baby. My hen was a very bad mom and neglected the hatched babies. Very stressful hopefully your hen is better! They hatched from day 22 to day 27 to say the least I didn't sleep much! She collected the eggs on her own. She was given to me already sitting on the eggs. Doubt moving helped! Hopefully this helps! I had 5 of her 8 eggs hatch.
