So the ducklings are 4 weeks old. And i have noticed when they are making the peep peep noises at the end one makes a loud ack sound and the other makes a lower ack sound. If i were to post a video would you be able to tell male to female at this age or would i need to wait another couple weeks?

It really depends on the duck. Even a few that I ordered and picked the breeds started to get a raspy voice and then eventually did turn out as males, and some even started off with that peep quack but then turned raspy.

The girls are in bed! It's a relief because I feel awful and can't wait to go to sleep, lol!
It's funny, they were very upset at having to go to bed, even though this was the latest bedtime so far this year!

I do know one thing for sure with mine. Whenever I would hear a loud whistle I knew I had a boy for sure. My Mallard boys would do it and so did my Khaki Campbell. I always hated that sound as I wanted Hens and not Drakes.

Ill try and get it tomorrow morning... i didnt realize it took me 2 hours to clean the chicken coop then i let the ducks swim a little and it was already 5 p.m
