I do have some vitamins, I think multi vits, and Vitamin C and D onesTake vitamin D and C
Then later in the evening take zinc
Zinc helps boost the immune system but if taken with other vitamins it will make you feel sick
I take 10,000 unit of D daily
Start taking them regular and you will notice you will get sick less often and not near as bad
I should probably be actually taking them lol
