I've not seen a blood spot that big either. Hopefully just a blip. Maybe @casportpony will reply.

I'd give her some calciumSo I think all 3 of my full size hens are currently laying. Based on the ratio of colors I think both Banana and Cherry are laying green eggs while Figgy is laying the white eggs. Before one of the other girls started laying, Figgy hadn’t laid for a few months as soon as I put her with 3 of the other ducks; but she resumed in less than a week after the other girl started laying. It’s been like a month since Cherry started laying and I think she might be egg bound or sick or something. Since yesterday she’s been panting while laying down, and limping when she walks. I checked her feet and I see no obvious injuries. I think I’m going to try giving her a warm bath, how do I know if she’s egg bound again?
I already have some oyster shells coming on Saturday for calcium, I’m pretty sure I saw her poop earlier, but I’ll watch for it. I’ll also watch for her pumping her tail. Outside it’s 93 degrees, inside is cooler and none of the other ducks are pantingI'd give her some calcium
You could do calcium gluconate, it's available from tractor supply I believe, liquid form. 1ml dose
Or calcium citrate, tablet form, 600mg dose
Is she pumping her tail up and down? Is she pooping?
Is it hot where you are?
Oyster shells are good for calcium, but only as supplementation to the diet- if you suspect egg binding you need a form of calcium that can be given in strong doses and digested quickly- that's why we recommend calcium citrate tablets or calcium gluconateI already have some oyster shells coming on Saturday for calcium, I’m pretty sure I saw her poop earlier, but I’ll watch for it. Pooping is a good sign. I think I know what you mean with the breathing, my girl has sounded slightly whistley while having egg troubles, just breathing pretty hard.Apparently the oyster shells are arriving tomorrow and she is pooping, her breathing is a little loud, with a slight whistley noise.
I can’t remember, but can they be egg bound and still poop?Oyster shells are good for calcium, but only as supplementation to the diet- if you suspect egg binding you need a form of calcium that can be given in strong doses and digested quickly- that's why we recommend calcium citrate tablets or calcium gluconate

I'm not 100% certain if it counts as true egg binding if they're able to poop, as I've heard people say they won't be able to pass waste if egg bound.I can’t remember, but can they be egg bound and still poop?
If they can I’ll ask my dad if we can go get some of the calcium stuff
