Omg I have a pretty similar one! It's fluffy and has a yellow ribbon on its neck

Oh good lord :th:thI feel like such a failure I can't pick them up right, their feet are always soaked anyway, and I feel like they keep taking hard hits as soon as I can't hold on anymore
Don't feel like a failure!
When I first realised Sprightly was beginning to get bumbles, I was so worried. And when I tried to wrap her feet, she kept kicking them so much the vet wrap wasn't working!
I felt like *such* a failure. Genuinely. It took a little bit of a hit to my mental health. I felt I wouldn't be able to get it under control before it turned into full on bumble.
So I just did what I could. Just focused on that. And it turned out to be enough!

You can do this :hugs

Since they're such pickles, I wouldn't bother with wrapping their feet at this stage. Focus on keeping the ground as clean as is reasonably possible, in the coop etc. Figure out who's feet need a little attention and practice handling them, do short epsom soaks, and monitor. One step at a time. If they're definitely looking like bumbles, then we can address the next steps. But patience and practice is key. What is it that'd making it challenging? Are they getting their wings free? Or is it the kicky feets?
Could anyone help? An extra pair of hands may come in... handy!
