Support Group for Abused Duck Keepers

How are all my abused friends today?
Been a bit hectic around here. Ducklings didn't take to their mamas, so I'm gonna have to put the ducklings in their outdoor brooder (which was also the broody duck area) when they're bigger, I'm hoping they'll be more okay with things by then.
Basically the babies keep getting too scared now whenever they come close to a mama. Neither mama seems broody or motherly anymore because I've been letting them into the yard again with one drake at a time. My mallard is still sometimes fussy, for example when I get near her she'll open and close her mouth over and over like she did when she was broody, but the mama's are even kind of scared of the ducklings 😂. It is a plus sort of, though, because these ducklings are sooo friendly. They love me, and wherever I go they follow, and will squeak and peep when they can't see me.
Since I basically turned the girl enclosure into a smaller broody enclosure, that's all I have for the girls, but they don't seem to like it now that they're not sitting on eggs anymore. Since I'm having them go broody soon again and also putting the ducklings with the mamas I'm keeping it how it is for now. I still haven't gotten eggs yet, though, after a week and a half.
I expect the next eggs to be fertile again though, because I've been letting the girls out with a drake. He's super gentle on them, though. He never rushes over to mate with anyone as soon as he can, and he's usually really careful with them (he's the one that I said is a breeding pair with my mallard and was very protective of the eggs before).

Did you introduce them or did the mama's hatch them?
I'd be careful with the drakes being around them, especially if the mamas aren't being very good!
