Or how about a report on alternative fencing ideas for pastured pigs? It is on my to do list but haven't got there yet. Don't want to drop fat cash on field fence or hog panels

Have u consdiered electric fence?? I have heard of people do double strands and the pigs stay in as long as they have food and water.

@jerryse I was talking chicken with another Poultry friend at a BB tournament this weekend and told her of your Lavender cuckoos. Her eyeballs got very wide.

Will those be on the chick list this spring do you think?

Well I will have a few . Only roosters left so I will have to use blacks split for lavender for hens . I have been spending a lot of time up north the last couple of years . Things happen while I am gone . I should have had a good supply of pullets but coons got a lot of them .Fort Knox is not safe from them .
