Hi MN friends! Newbie here, getting our first flock in the spring. We are in Lakeville. Trying to figure out our run and get it built this fall. Anyone use a rotating system in their run? We'd love to build 4 runs that are each roughly 100 sq ft. The thought is that our girls (6 to start, 10 at the max) would spend a week in 1 and then onto the next. Giving each run a 3 week rest period.

Would love some MN insights as to whether or not they see this rotating system working.

Also, any ideas for a roof on the run(s) that will hold the weight of the snow and keep hungry hawks away?

Thanks! Looking forward to your insights.
