Last night while the flakes fell softly on my little log coop. Fiona the Cream legbar fell from the roost I had placed her on. Crawling into the nest box before was not a good sign and I knew almost for sure I'd find her on the coop floor. I'm sad but realistically she was another breed I had determined not what I wanted.

I'm not sure what happened. She had ACV in her water almost always. She had intestinal sloughing almost constantly. I had wormed her at her arrival and this fall. But a few months back her pretty whitish blue ears turned a yellowish color ( liver symptoms?) and in true chicken form she was spry until yesterday when I found her in the nest box.

No diamond encrusted eggs. And time to move on.

Rip little Fi.

I doubt it is random. There is a whole thread about it, I stumbled onto it.

I was a little surprised I did not run the deck and take all three categories. Maybe a person cannot win when on double secret probation.

I thought you were no longer on probation. I'm surprised you didn't win.

Super day.. Went to surgeon and he said it is just scaring tissue from my other treatments and not to worry, just have more X-rays in 3 months make sure nothing changes.. Can't tell you all how happy I was to not have to go through that again,, I feel to tired to battle . So it worked out well.. AND today was 1st day house is on market and have 2 showings tonight already.. So today has been fantastic .. See you all around

I am a typical Ghetto gang member, I cannot stay off probation for too long at a time. And I have been trying to watch my French too!
