My ignorance is showing again. I have no ide what a squash boers is.

I have no real problem with bugs on my squash. The only problem I have is chickens breaking into them and deer. Deer are terrible. Rats on long legs!

My Guineas patrol my garden and they are worth the hassle in the number of bugs they pick off my plants, I have very little problem with bugs because of them. They even pick the potato bugs and cabbage moths that people told me they would not eat.

Glad to hear you do not know . To me that means you do not have this pest . https://search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?p=squash+borers&ei=UTF-8&hspart=mozilla&hsimp=yhs-003 . It is a moth larva that gets inside the stem and the chewing kills the plant .

That is amazing! Someone must have problems with them for the UoM to list them as a problem. Your just going to have to invest in Guineas!

My waterfowl eat about every bug they find in a garden and never touch the plants. Maybe u need to invest in some Muscovys!! They are quackless and dont make noise except for a little hiss!!

Guineas are cute but I would end up killing them all if they were loud... Yummmm roasted Guinea!

I switched to Google Chrome to get rid of yesterdays site problems . Tried to buy a trial golden feather today but it keeps telling my email or password does not match . Grrrrrr
