Good morning chicken egg collectors ( I hope)! Time to make the donuts.
I want to sleep in but I have 10 chooks banging on the pop door I'm sure.
Yesterday was a clean sweep against Swanville at home for BB. JV and varsity.
Today another batch of soap, finish my second wool sock ( knitting), coffee Sunday for girl gossip. And more Homeland episodes (DH and I are binging)
Ok. For TV bugs. Has any body tried the internet TV box? Can find it on Amazon for $50? It's called the Ott TV box...? Well anyways it has all the episodes of about every series. The latest movies. I feel like we hit the jackpot and might be able to get rid of satelite tv bill! Or highly reduce it! Any ways if you pay too much for tv I recommend this.
Well off to do chicken chores. Weather is a bit cooler yet again.
Holms: careful with your cow.
And count blessings to all those that have grandparents and those that remember them well.
Mine died as a 6, 12, 17 and 20 year old. I h loved them but did not get them in my adult advice seeking years. I grabbed onto DH's grandma when we married. Loved her. But she was gone before the babies turned one. Time is too short for sure.
We have dishTV right now, as soon as I get my big fat lazy butt up the side of the house and put up a HDTV antennae , we will get rid of Dish. We use Roku on our TVs. It gives us all the shows we want and then some. It is cheap too. We pay, I think 8 bucks for Netflix, Hulu, and showtime. We get them on the stick. We get Amazon because we belong to Prime and shop on Amazon a lot.
The main reason we have not switched off Dish yet was because of the elections. I like the news channels which you cannot get without cable or satellite. I am fairly confident by the next election they will have those on Roku on a subscription bases which should be way cheaper than Dish.
On the Grandparent issue, my Kids knew 3 of their Great Grandparents which is amazing to me.
