I hope the lighting,,,,,I never hatch the greener eggs...I have not had a green one in a couple years

Put the wife in the chicken coop. Then she'll be glad to stay inside with the chickens instead of outside with the chickens.

Yes I do . Cull all the cockerels . Should reduce the number by over 50% .

I can't cull them, they are what I want from this hatch. These are my "showbirds" for next fall. I need the boys to mature and look pretty.

Ralphie, at my advanced age I have come to subscribe to the philosophy " a happy wife insures a happy life".
Shortly after hatch at my place they are out brooding in a building designated specifically for chickens. What may the residents of your political district think of a man who keeps chickens in his basement ?
Is it possible that you and Holms are related ? It seems that you are both beginning to display some tendencies which might be attributed to Hillbillies ?
