It looks as though this next week should have some clear days for your project Jerry ? Hope it does not get too hot and humid.

a friend of mine near Bruno got 5 inches of rain over night. Says many roads are flooded.
I just got caught out here in a torrential downpour. Wish I could run as in my youth.

We got 3-4 inches of rain. Hay is getting cut tomorrow Lord willing. We have so much pasture this year it’s not even funny. All the pastures have INCHES of grass and te cows are putting on too much weight.

I Just get the poos/mud spots off if there is any. Then I refrigerate because I like my counter space and it’s a habit for me to tuck them away there. If people are worried about eggs setting in a bowl unwashed they are uneducated about bloom.

...sort of like the FDA.
So, how long can I keep unwashed eggs on my counter top? I've gotten to the point I just throw away eggs that are too dirty and keep clean ones. Not too many folks around here want to eat duck eggs so I've been getting a build up.
I have several I left out of the fridge cause I ran out of room on my egg shelf.

Put them in the compost or feed them back to the layers.

@holm25 Be careful what you say or some neighbors and I might have to go have a talking with you!:hmm Send it all this way!
Yesterday I was talking with one neighbor who owns a sporting goods store and he said --- came in there complaining about the inch we had gotten about a week ago because her husband couldn't go spray, and the owner of the store was not happy, all I know was that some harsh words were said and that he would be suprised if her or her husband ever came back...
It greened up quite a bit from yesterday, looking on the week out forecast it looks like we should keep getting some small steady rains so I hope it keeps up

Went back home to my grandparents and uncles this afternoon. I got pictures of 2 of their bulls, I wish I could have gotten one of their biggest Hereford, who is wider then the charlois
