Found this post from a little over a year ago. It has changed a lot, we are still in a drought but it is only a D0, compared to last year, a D4, worst drought you can get. So I went outside and took some pictures from roughly the same spots. Once this drought ends it will have gone on since March or April 2017. Also we tried out our haying equipment 2 days ago and we made 5 bales, compared to last years 3 bales out of all of our hay ground where we make bales

One project this Spring was a re-do of the coop/run. I, ME, MYSELF did this. There are a few finishing details that need to be done but I can breath for a while and finish those before Autumn. Do you like it?

Sorry for the double post. I have to re-learn how to use some of this forum stuff.
Anyway, my d-i-l's mother passed yesterday morning. Completely expected, still very difficult - she had COPD and had smoked for 55 years. I say that for anyone who is smoking - please stop. My DH smokes also. Ugh!
So that funeral will be this Friday, June 29th which, of course, puts me in cancellation mode. I would love-love-love to see you chickeners and hate to say I will not make it however I am not able to be in St. Paul for her funeral and in Brainerd for lunch. I hope you are willing to get together at a later time this summer. Jerryse - when will you be back?

I made an error. I hatched 10 days ago. I forgot to mark the toad chick. It is same color as white Legbars. I cannot tell them apart.
