I am fine as frog hair. Thanks for asking Jerry.
I’m knitting wool socks and baby toques.
I’m chasing a girl basketball player. We had 7 games in 10 days. I had two chiropractic appointments. Because of knitting and iPhone use. My neck muscles are tight. Pretty dumb.
I’m watching the Mille lacs lake ice house saga and I-35 mess with interest. What a winter!
Grandpa and his brother developed this in the 1950’s.
Our driveway on the farm was long and merciless in the winter. These boys knew how to remove snow.
Eel pout was a foot or more of slush and water on the lake. Can you imagine waking up with your worst hangover ever to chip away at frozen ice in gale force blizzard winds to get a wheel house off? I’d hate to do it with no hangover. Not smart. People are hustling and breaking plows and plow trucks to get stupid people’s wheel houses off. Glad DH took his off two weeks ago. He is plowing lake roads though. If your equipment isn’t broke then there’s money being made.
Roof shovelers. Snow is good for economics.
Chickens: poor poor babies. -22 f last night. Broken red bulb on the heat lamp. So changed that. We are dreaming of buttercups and May flowers.
PS Eel pout is very good. Aka “poor man's lobster”
Tip of the day: Watch out for curling Eel pout. They’ll wrap around your wrist. Then schite on you.
