Hahah Yes CPL had SFH from me also. I also think she had some from KYTinpusher. I REAAAAAALLLLY need to get pictures of my crew. None two alike.
So what is the verdict on the black chick????

Austrolorps have white feet, JG and Orp. have yellow..all have black legs.

Well...what do you know about clean leg marans? Originally CPL thought that was it!

IF that is from my eggs it could be a black split to lav Orp. I had a lav orp project I am messing with.

Well...since cpl had eggs from so many sources at the time (NYD Hatch season) I wouldn't bet that is is yours, Beth. Could have been a little escapee from a total different source!

Bernie and I set eggs the same day. So far, nothing here. If these eggs don't hatch, it's not because the broody didn't do a good job. There were two bantam Cochins rotating shifts....the eggs were very well cared for. They developed....question is will they hatch or have died like all the rest at day 18...
