no, those who know me (rl) just don't bother. they start, I leave. pretty simple.
Very cute! Your guess is as good as mine on gender, but I'm thinking the top one is a roo.We have a fellow in IN that got some sfh in his shipment from GFF. These kiddos are about 5 weeks old...photos he sent to me.
I have some hunches, but wanted to see if anyone might have a guess as to gender. Looks like the bottom 2 have crests for sure but can't see on the first one very well.
He wants to sell them so he sent the photos to me to look at.
Your comments would be greatly appreciated.

My "guess" is that the top 2 are roo and the bottom pullet. However the bottom one looks like it may have a larger comb. May just be angle of the shot. I took out some of my photos to see what mine looked like at that age and the wing feathers are what are drawing my attention as they were very different on the roo than on the pullets at this age. Not sure that really means anything though.
And since I'm trying to avoid a crested roo for sure and prefer non-crested dark colored birds in general, I think I'll pass on these kiddos.
Of courselol and of course, they're in IN... and I WANT A CRESTED ROO!![]()
