I remember some chat on the old BYC list about sweet PDZ, which is mostly for horse stalls, it says on the sack. Dries up urine, keeps down smell, dries the bedding, etc, etc.
One of my smaller coops seems to get poopier faster than the others. I have 9 standard Wyandottes in it, and it is about 4 ft. X 8 ft. But they ONLY go in it at night--they spend the day in their large pen.
What I want to know is--if I put down Stall dry in there, on top of their shavings, is there any chance they will eat it, or anything? Will it harm them?
