So I'm waiting in antibiotics to come in. I got a 18g needle and attempted to drain it. But only a little blood came out. No pus.

Chicken pus is solid, not liquid like our pus.

If there's already an opening, you could attempt squeezing the gunk out. If there's actually pus in the comb.

There's just a couple tiny holes from the 18g needle.

Just the same. No improvement. It's very warm compared to the other hens combs.
