Clear iodine would be for cleaning out/disinfecting the hole after removing the bumble or other infections. Turmeric is ingested.

Hey from all we have observed from using it ,it actually can help draw the bumble up to the surface and once the scab comes off either the bumble is gone or easier to pick out.

Yes, my point was that iodine should be used topically but turmeric is ingested. Epsom salt also draws things out of wounds.

Very true I give my flock a tablespoon of turmeric in the FF everytime I make it up.

this is what it looked like today before the soak. She is carrying it slightly better actually but nothing much. Her foot is the same temp all around it also (before & after soaking it)

Color looks better.

That toe on the bottom still looks off color though.

I would keep soaking and keeping her isolated and quiet.
