Swollen head/eye or Growths?

I have a 1yr old EE who looks to have there bare, swollen patches around her left eye, but I'm no sure if it's just swelling or if it's a possible growth... if it is swelling, could it be allergies? And if so, what do I use to treat? I don't have any terrimicin on hand, but have several antibiotics and some gentamicin as well

The purple on her head is from some blue coat I used to prevent pecking on her bald spot

It is dry fowl pox, a virus carried by mosquitoes. There is no treatment, and it usually goes away in a few weeks, unless there are secondary infections. She has a pretty good case of it. Some people do paint the scabs with Betadine to help dry them out, but avoid the eyes. If scabs are very near eyes, you can apply some plain Neosporin ointment to the eyes. If you see any yellow patches inside the beak, that is wet pox, and may be more serious. Here is some reading about pox:
