Swollen left earlobe in young hen

Hi,

I have a 26 week old young sex-link hen and i noticed this morning that her left earlobe was sorta redis purple and swollen, what do you think would of caused this and/or what is it, does it need treating? she's acting normal, laying eating etc. Any help? thanks!

It's not that visible via pictures but its a pretty big lump

Nah its all good, i've got it all under control now............ i think XD

Nope i'm just gonna keep a close eye on her lump and treat it with anti-infection cream in the meantime, other than that she's doing great!
