I will wrap her ''finger'' tomorrow now she is sleeping. I have CLOTRIMAZOL + BETAMETHASONE... can I use it ?

Clotrimazol is for yeast/fungal infections and Betamethasone is a steroid.

Your bird looks to have the beginnings of Bumblefoot to me as well, which is simply an infection from a foot wound caused by bacteria which needs an antibiotic.

The Chicken-Chick recommends Metacam and/or Vetericyn soaks (which is a type of collodial silver, I believe):

I would personally recommend Clorhexiderm which is an excellent anti-bacterial wash that is not too harsh to the skin. An amazon link for that (btw the med is colored blue even though the photo shows clear): http://www.amazon.com/Durvet-BC6988...&qid=1450774349&sr=1-2&keywords=chlorhexidine

This link offers a non-surgical solution using Clorhexidine, Tea Tree Oil, and Vaseline with support of systemic antibiotics:

Right now, I'd do foot soaks in Chlorhexidine (many feed stores carry it) to try to head off a full blown infection.

Let us know how she does tomorrow.

Hi these pictures are from today. No limp, eat normally, and quite normal. She is '' sitting '' most of the day because it's terribly hot( Im from Chile, its summer), but when she walk, walk normally.

I think it still is a mild case of Bumblefoot that needs to be watched very closely until you are sure it is resolved.

If it were my bird, I'd soak daily in Clorhexidine (or Vetericyn), wrap with vaseline and tea tree oil, and give an oral antibiotic, something like Duramycin-10 or Sulmet (which covers gram-negative bacteria).

Then re-check daily.

I think there is really good advice to non-evasive treatment here:
http://www.microsanctuarymovement.org/species-guides/chickens/treating-bumblefoot/

Then if it gets worse, surgical treatment here:
