Have you checked the bottom of the feet for bumble foot ?

Thickened legs with normal looking feet can sometimes be a symptom of osteopetrosis, a type of avian leukosis. As Granny posted, check the bottoms of the feet and toes for scabs, and also look for swelling around the hocks.

Yes we checked under the feet, they're good, clean and smooth. There is swelling at the top of the legs(hocks), one side more swollen than the other.
