Swollen lump on chickens face?

Yes, squamous cancer can grow that quickly.

When my rooster started developing his tumor on his leg, I thought it was an injury. I treated it as a wound, but it kept growing larger, never healing. Since you just discovered this, go ahead and treat it with Neosporin or other antibiotic wound ointment. I wouldn't do anything else to it, and see if it heals. If it doesn't, you will then know it's cancer.

She’s on antibiotics, it has shrunk in size and has scabbed over almost completely. So more likely a wound?

Can't tell you that since we aren't able to diagnose it. Treating the symptoms and watching how that affects things, we get the closest to a diagnosis as we can on the internet. If a lesion heals as you treat it as a wound, and if it heals, we then can assume that it was likely a wound.

Canker doesn't usually respond to healing unless it's treated with an anti-parasitic drug.

I think BMD is bacitracin, not something that could treat canker or abscess. Can you get a helper to take a picture while you open the beak to see the inside of her beak on that same side?
