View attachment 1373003 I actually used a different colored sharpie or food coloring on their tails. I had 8 Pekins and it was impossible to tell them apart. It faded as they swam but every now and then I would refresh them. Another idea I had was to buy different colored elastic ribbon and sew a loop and slip on their legs. It was soft and stretchy.

Has anyone seen bee pens? They are for marking the queen within the hive so she can be identified. Come in lots of different, vibrant colours. I wondered if these would work for ducklings as they surely can't be that toxic if they are used for bees? :confused:
