Thanks for the info. I bought a "charter boat special" pole on ebay. it can hold 120-150# fish so I am happy with it. I will definatly look into that charter and maybe by a crab trap or 2.

Lake Jordan has the best crappy fishing of anywhere on earth. You will come back with coolers of crappy. I wanna go to Lake Jordan

I am going to Myrtle Beach in April. Be sure and eat at Crabby Mike's when you go . We go to the beach just to eat there sometimes. All the crab legs you want and going to the buffet is alot easier than catching them

. The best pier fishing in Myrtle Beach is when it starts turning cool, the spots are running then.

We have got our crappie rods ready my dad said they have excellent crappy fishing. Those 4$ crab traps work great chought 7 crabs in one. When we get back I will post some pics.

We have got a whole cooler full of spotted sea trout one year. We stay real close to that place. We chartered a boat on a striper fishing trip, but didn't catch nothing.

Awesome, congrats! I wish we had a boat... we have an aluminum one for our pond (5 acres). I just got inside, actually, we've got family in and everyone's been down there fishing. Caught alot of white perch and bass, it was great. Bring back lots of pics and have lots of FUN!

Blue crabs they have got to be 7 inchs. wide though.
