Plus, c'mon, how could you boil them alive after you saw them wiggling??I just can't do it.
I have tried many other "weird" things but these...nope can't do it.

Awesome!I did my taste test. It was a turkey, duck, and chicken egg. Plain eggs are not my favorite, but I'll try to give a neutral review. Everyone eats flock raiser. I scrambled the eggs in butter with salt and pepper. I'd not had a turkey egg before. The raw consistency was very thick and bright orange. I was not a fan of the uncooked egg's look. The taste of the scrambled egg was strong (not bad, just very eggy) and texture was similar to a chicken egg. Very orange. I've had duck eggs before. They are slimier uncooked. The texture of the cooked egg is fluffier and creamier. The taste is mild. The chicken egg tasted like a regular chicken egg. Flavor is in between the duck and turkey. My favorite was the chicken and then the duck. I wasn't a fan of the turkey. My husband liked the turkey egg best. He liked the stronger flavor.

Turkey is top left, duck top right, chicken bottom middle.Awesome! Thanks for sharing. Interesting that the turkey egg was most different. In your picture of all three on the plate cooked, which is which? I find it fascinating that with them all eating the same food that the eggs end up different.
Anyone else out there on BYC care to join in?
I wonder if anyone will try Emu or Ostrich eggs?
Now, that would be a chore!
And maybe a Guinea or Pheasant egg or two as well.

For sure! I mean if anyone will try any one of those eggs.I think an emu or ostrich egg would be more than a meal by itself!

Someone could always make an Emu or Ostrich egg for their family![]()
Sounds like I should make a trip to our local Asian store and see what I can findYou should go on a mission to a specialty market and see what eggs you can find. If you try any you don't like, you can always feed them to the chickens so it won't be a waste.
