I think it s weird that she is dating a guy named Taylor that is 2 years younger than her. I mean at 25 it may not matter much to date a 23 year old but at 19 I think that 17 would be wayyyy 2 imature. I have issues with people dating/marrying folks with the same first name. It's weird.

That was VERY rude. I made a TYPO but there are some folks on here that do not have good spelling skills or grammer and if arrogant litttle smart mouths start rudely correcting and pointing out those mistakes it may embarrass someone enough that they stop posting for fear of looking stupid.

Wow...heated debate going on in THIS thread.


1. She can't sing. Her voice is monotone. Just like in "The Gilmore Girls."

2. All of her songs are about how she needs a man and how she compares herself to other girls...aren't we trying to get AWAY from that?

3. Her songs are just annoying. All with the same beat, same chords...

First off, the lyrics to the song are 'You belong with me'.

And if you want to get into a debate about bands or singers who use the same beat and the same chords....... the list of possibilities is endless.

And she is currently 19.... so who knows how old she was when she wrote some of her stuff?

I am sure we will see great things from Ms. Swift in the future..... as long as she does not pull any stupid stunts like the Dixie Chicks did.

I love Taylor Swift, and like most of her songs. I hear her and I start to sing, and I'm not a teen. I like a LOT of music though. everything from George Strait to Nightwish, but not most new country or rap.

I love that song Picture...kid rock not so much, I like best days too

it does get under my skin when people say so and so can play, or bla bla bla can't sing.
and I know a lot of people who are 16-17 and date 18-19yos, most of them are really close, and been dating for years, or have knowen each other a long time. just to go of age is foolish.
