Tell me everything you know about capuchine pigeons!

We went to the swap to sell our extra chicks...
Came home with 2 capuchine pigeons. The man said 1 male, 1 female but didnt guarantee it.
Can you tell me what colors they are?
The taller standing one seems to make the most noise.
What behaviors should i be looking for to tell male from female?
I put a nest in their cage.. I hope we have eggs soon.
Any other advise would be greatly appreciated. I have zero experience with pigeons.

Do they need a special nest?
I was told they are eating a mix of layer feed and oatmeal.

Omg these are the most beautiful type of pigeons I've EVER seen!!!! They look like they are wearing MASSIVE furry jackets ....I must find these creatures
