Terra Nova

Nope...doesn't appeal.

I think all the young adults on the show suffer from "Duddly Doright" syndrome. They are all just too good to be true, even the one who is talking to Mira. If the society and world that they come from is so awful, there is no way they would be so darn nice.

There was mention a few weeks ago that Taylor holds his men to a very strict standard. I imagine they have good behavior pounded into their heads, are afraid to NOT behave, and were most likely selected to go back based on behavior.

I think Taylor Is Leading every one into a trap, And then he Will Give Terra Nova Over to Mira, who he ( And his Son ) Have been working for All Along! Remember that Box thing with the DNA Lock, And his Son Said " My Line of Work" ? Taylor is IN That line of Work!

Well, What ever people Say: Taylor is No good!

i guess I have mental fall out about Taylor from Avatar. Just can't help thinking he's a bad guy on some level.

Anyone catch the new show "Grim"? I think I'm gonna like it too.

He also played Confederate General Pickett in "Gettysburg" but I don't hold that against him

I like it, and have watched it from the get go. However, I think they PG'd it too much. I don't watch it with my kids though, so I think that makes a diff. I don't want to see skin or gore or anything R rated, don't get me wrong. But I think they skipped over a lot of stuff that gave the first three episodes some veritas, or grit, if you will. I wanted to see more of the "future" and also, more of the father character finding a way to re-sync with his family. They hinted at this, but by episode three it was all smudged over and big happy family.

Like I said I like the show, I'll continue to watch it. But as a writer, smudging over important parts of a plot drives me NUTS.

I've watched a few episodes. It seems to be trying to follow too many story lines at once. Who's dating who, the children, the sixers, the rebel son with an agenda....
I've watched a couple of episodes of Grim also. I think I like it better. Can't wait for Being Human to come back to Syfy or however they are spelling it now.
