Ok, just to verify that im a crazy chicken lady: all of the girls have been named! I not used to doing it so quickly, but I havent had any losses out of this batch! They're all healthy! Not even pasty butts..

Thanks! I wanted to name Kelly, "Petra", but I needed something unisex. Everyday he's acting more and more like a little cockerel, I might start calling him Nero.

After using almost a full bag of the D&L dog food I have decided to go back to Iams Healthy Naturals. I found out that I can call every 3 months for coupons too. The D&L food was ok, but I am not 100% happy with it. I think if I had switched from Purina or similar brand I would be loving it, but it is a small step down from Iams. I can get the Iams at Target and save 5% with my Target card too so that helps and brings it down to $1.18/lb. Not too bad. Way better than Blue or Bil Jac. I am going to look into homemade food too. I really want to find out the cost per pound though first. I guess I could make some up and figure it out. I know Sasha will love it. Once my car is paid off (20 months?) this won't even be an issue. I will be making her food then.
