Thanks PunkinPeep ... heck, I have no idea what time zone I WAS in but now I am showing the correct time, at least, my husband won't think I am online talking about chickens at 2am...

I learned a while back not everyone I knew wanted to listen to 'chicken talk'........BYC has given me a place to gather with folks that understand chicken passions/interests.

The time setting thing took me a while to get right. I'd post a message at 6pm and it would show as being posted at 10pm?????? Finally got it set to the correct time.

By the way.......the Marans thread does talk about chickens at 1am or 2am.

I know what you mean about people getting tired of hearing about my chickens... At first, I would post video or pictures on facebook of the chicks and lots of people would comment about how cute, etc.... Now, not even my family looks at what I post and my chickens are really starting to do cute things now... lol

I was reading back to the beginning of this thread and people were talking about ChickenStock (like woodstock i guess) Does that still go on?

I would like to know about the next meet up I need to meet other chicken people to compare issues, challenges, successes etc and to reassure myself I am not the only chicken nut.
I am currently in Trinidad & Tobago but will be home soon.

There was a chicken meet that was not too far from us SAKim..but it was the memorial day weekend and i had other plans so i had to miss it. I think there is pictures somewhere about the meet and text on how it went...I think allenwrench "Carla" has that information. Not sure when the next one will be.
