I have a couple of quick questions. I have some chicks that are light brahma x Ameraucanas. Also have some that are light brahma x Araucana. Would these be considered EE's? And are they F1? I also purchased some Tolbunt x Ameraucana chicks. Are they EE's as well? Basically is anything crossed with an Ameraucana or Araucana considered an EE?

I'm not sure how to go about getting money back. And I hate even going that route but I really wish they would just communicate with me I would work with them all the way. This is a longtime byc/texas member. I would think they would want to work it out.

Just to give my fellow chicken lovers a heads up. Please do your homework on the people you purchase eggs or chicks from. I thought I had found the exact deal of all deals. I ran across an add that had numerous breeds that I had been looking for and at a good price. Over two weeks later and no communication or eggs. I got in contact with PayPal and coincidentally was contacted by vendor to file for a refund cause they couldn't fill order and they needed money real bad. I was thinking if I were the vendor and could not fill order I would transfer money right back to customer and not tarnish my credit. Why would they want me to file for a refund? Maybe some of y'all who have more experience with buying and selling could help me out. So back to drawing board to find the breeds I want to dabble in. just be careful fellow chicken lovers

WOW we had quite a storm today. Nice and clear till mid afternoon, then BAM! Nasty winds, driving rain and some hail. I'm sure all the trash I had in the wagon is in the countryside so I'll get my exercise picking up trash when I get off work. My DS is trapped in his driveway by a tree, Thankfully it missed the car.
I was stuck in the barn for an hour, so I candled and marked guinea eggs under broodies. The BJG and guinea nesting in the hay bales have been joined by a second guinea and boy is she mean! She bit the crap out of me twice. I hate to discourage her, there are 64 guinea eggs in that nest, the girls could use the help covering them.

I resently got some guineas but I don't know how to tell them apart sex wise[/quot
They were given to me. I don't even know the name of the color that they are, grey spotted and purple around neck. They look prehistoric n a way lol. I want to let them loose to free range our land but I don't want my daschund to terrorize them four guienaes against two dogs. I don't think I would get a moments rest if I did that
