Hello all,
I am located in Wimberley, Texas. About 45 minutes Southwest of Austin. Just wanted to outstretch a Weird in Wimberley Welcome!!!
I am starting my chicken/farm adventure, I'm super excited. Any suggestion or words of advice would be appreciated.

Welcome! I live in Austin. I love fly fishing the Blanco at Wimberley. I'm pretty new to the chicken thing and my advice would be to don't overthink everything and have fun with it!

Finally, time to get back to Backyard Chickens!
We got chicken fever and went from 18 chickens to almost 60 now and we are loving them.

AND we manage to sell all of the eggs every week and could actually do with more.

Anyone know of Great Pyrenees or any livestock guardian puppies available in Texas?

Look up Texas Pyreneese Rescue also. Great people and usually quite a few puppies available. Blue Bonnet usually have older dogs but they are completely dedicated in helping you train them on your property.
