Texas

Clarity, thank you for the pictures! In the last picture, is that a blue cochin rooster? It is beautiful!
He is! He’s one of 5, and they are getting handsome. I have to say I’ve enjoyed watching them develop. The roosterliness is really interesting.

We have SNOW! I have been up since 3 AM watching it. We got a little over an inch. I LOVE IT!

I couldn't go back to sleep, so I made applesauce muffins for my husband to take to work.

He made it to work safely. He said one guy in front of him spun out, but was able to right his vehicle and continue going.

The last snow we had here was in 2009 and it was a light dusting then. In 1895 this area got 20 inches!!

Here is a picture before Ken left for work:

Here's a few pics of my pens, just took the pics standing on my back porch. Not much inside the pens.

Cold? I don't like cold....Im like a lizard, the warmer it is the better.:lau I have family still up in your area, North of Dallas. This white stuff is the reason I moved to South Texas, to get away from it, it's only 31 here in Seguin but that's too cold for me.
