Texas

Texas quiz and if you can't answer these simple questions you ain't Texan.
Where in Texas are the "M" streets?
What is a moon lamp, and where?
Can you find kingwood, conroe or humble on a map also can you describe the land? Farmland, flat rolling plains or a friggin swamp?

Aslo ignore @KikisGirls and @RUNuts answers they will get question #3 right but I bet they don't know where the M streets are.

Follow up post I am a lifelong Texan, and still do not know what is in Choritzo. I do know it smells horrid when I try to cook it, but it tastes great when others put it on my breakfast tacos.

Edit-----
Also I will admit to being a non Texan in the following areas, I have never eaten cow fritters, nor have I ever attended cowboy church!

Hello everyone! We are just North of Godley, TX, having recently removed ourselves from the hustle and bustle of city life. Best decision we ever made. If anyone is selling, or knows of someone selling pullets (we aren't currently set up to deal with chicks) we are looking for three or four egg layers. I've seen a few listings on Craigslist, but if someone has a reliable source, let me know. Thanks!

I am on Craigslist quite a bit. I will see if anything pops up for you.;)

Howdy.

I'm located in Arlington myself. I don't currently have any feathered friends but am looking at building a coop and raising some chicks this year. I've thought about it for several years, but always had something that prevented me from starting it each year. Should finally have everything lined up to make this year be the one that works out. Really excited to get started, I can't stop thinking about them or researching them in the meantime.

I am so glad you are researching. I wasn't prepared and found myself with previous owners flock! They left them behind. So I've gotten a cash course on cleanliness and on their habits and needs. Along with knowledge of predators. They were starving and very very thirsty.

Btw, I do apologize for being rude - :welcome this is a great site to go to for information and assistance.

Hey all. I’m in Cleveland, about 60 miles north of Houston on 59/69.

I have some EEs, a Cuckoo Marans, 2 Silkies, Astrolorp, and several other breed pullets. In December I ordered a dozen Ayam Cemanis from Feather Lover Farms, who carry Greenfire Farms lines. I now have 3 Roos I need to sell that are 3 months old. They are very black — pictures really don’t do them justice. If anyone is interested please PM me.
