Hey! I feel like I've been neglecting you all. I'm missing @AllenK RGV 's ramblings and @Kiki & @007Sean just generally good naturedness.
It's been a busy new year. Business is good and we have 2 more grandchildren on the way. That will make 11!!!
I've adopted a kitten (& apparently her extended family) and the chicken flock just keeps growing. I'm still considering quail too @Kiki .
I hope you are all having a very happy 2020 thus far.

I managed to delete my entire watched threads list recently and I've been lost.

Congratulations on the new babies, all of them.

Let me know if you need some practice eggs...just say the word and I'll give you some quailie eggs.

Heck no they aren't inside.

Well the newbies are but not for long.

All of my females are laying but none are my original quail.
I do still have a few of my original quail's offspring though.


I just hatched all of these from my own eggs Monday night and I have some Pansy fee eggs arriving tomorrow.

Sorry I've gone radio silent just life and we have a cat in heat who is driving me insane I hope all is well and I'm trying out the app because my computer just died. We have another 11 new chicks and I'm telling my wife we can't let anymore broody hens sit eggs as I don't need any more chicks.just happy we have the bachelor digs ready for all the new roosters I'm sure we will have.

I don't miss the white stuff at all. I use to live North of McKinney. We use to get snow and ice every year, sometimes more snow than ice.

Likewise I do not miss the north Texas winter I remember in the winter of 2010 I was in Wise county and something like 14in came down. At that time I was a nurse at Wise regional health center they thought I would sleep there. Anyhow I'm happy that my oranges bloom in Winter now.
