Texas

I have some photos somewhere ( days before cell phones with cameras) I'll look for them.
I was hiking with my oldest son in Tennessee at Colditz Cave. There is a section where you have to climb a ladder like staircase. If you go down, you have to go back up. On the way up there was a beautiful, but angry rattler. I got a few great close-up photos before my son knocked it off the steps.

Easter nuggets, lol

Any new littles? Pics are always welcome ;)
2 total last nite. Still raining, I haven't been to coop today. This frog floater really needs to stop. I have 2 gauges, yesterday a.m. I poured out 2 and 2 1/4 inches. I checked a few minutes ago,
Solid 4 1/4 inches and 4 1/2 inches. It can stop now.

Updated photos. These guys are growing up beautifully. I am trying to rehome them so I don't have to dispatch of them. I have tried this site, all my community boards on FB and another site that I cannot remember the name of. My girls need them gone and Rooster Cogburn is running around like a maniac trying to keep them in check. I am giving them until week 20, then I will have to do what I desperately do not want to do.
Great news. Both of these boys have found a new home. One is staying in Richland Springs with several girls of his own. The other is going to Dripping Springs to a Longhorn farm to add to the existing flock there. He will be integrated into a large flock that already has one rooster. Please pray that the integration goes smoothly. I have told them I will take him back if it doesn't work out and they cannot find a peaceful home for him.

I'm with you! I am ready for the rain to leave and come back next month. It sucks, because I know by August we'll be in another drought.
