I'm confused is that saying you don't need a license? I thought I read you do need one to sell eggs but I must of miss read.
If you are just selling "yard eggs" which is what most of us sell, you don't need a permit. But you can't sell them at a farmers market or the like. These things are "flexible" depending on your area😉

If you're selling to someone "not the end user" your eggs have to be graded. Stores/bakeries/restaurants cannot (by law) use ungraded eggs.
If you're selling to your friends/family/neighbors, you can sell ungraded eggs, and you don't need a license. Just be careful about words you may use. "Fresh", "farm", "organic" are words the USDA have decided mean a specific thing. Not a problem if you sell to Joe down the street... But use it in a commercial sense, and the government will have a problem with it.

Hey, NagemTX how do you like your EGO string trimmer? Just finished about 20 minutes of pasture grass weed wacking with mine. Works great, but tough to get the battery off sometimes.
I quite like it and so does my brother and our friend that comes to help with yard work. And yeah the battery can be difficult at times.
