Good luck! I hope your hubby give in.I think so too! And with the chicken yard right in the middle, I could add another gate and each flock could have their yard time, rotate every other day. It's all there, a perfect picture in my head, just need to make it happen
He probably will, lol. I found a place local that builds coops (they specialize in storage buildings) but have awesome coops with lots of ventilation and you can customize it however you like. I didn't tell him any of this, so in his head all he's thinking is "great I have to build another coop". I'd be paying for it, so that's even less on his plate. He wants a nice BIG shop, so I'm thinking next year we both get nice new buildings
We'll see how it plays out. Either way right now I have plenty of room for the birds I have plus the ones I'm keeping.

I just happened upon them really. They purchased a new scale house at my work and when they were setting it up one of my coworkers make a crack that it'd make a nice coop cuz that's what I was saying earlier, then they told him that they made those too and I checked them out.
I got some chocolate roo x mauve orp eggs, plus threw in a few EE and OE eggs. Can't leave out some chick pics, all orps (there are 3 chicks, just multiple pics) if anyone would be interested in a splash cockerel he's free to a good home

I ordered 6 eggs, received 8, and 6 hatched, all and all pretty good I'd say. They do an excellent job packaging their eggs!
