I actually don't add water into my incubator. I just put a wet sponge in it when I need to raise the humidity.
But I noticed in my forced air incubator that my sponge would dry out a lot faster than it did in my still air incubator.

I sadly lost my Welsummer too a few weeks ago, to what I think was the heat. She was only 1.5yo.
