Texas

alternative is wrap culvert with wire (hardware cloth?) and wire or zip tie to the tight wire/hardware cloth snuggly encasing the culvert.

Wrap culvert.
Attach chain link to the wrapping holding culvert.
Clear?

I don't like drilling concrete, but is doable. Is the coop predator proof or will you have to reinforce it for stand alone?

Are we helping or confusing you?
Helping and coop is predator proof.
I will take pics today

Together, we will get through this. We just need to find our leader. :lau

Drilling is an option. The zip ties would need to be replaced (sore subject cause mine started failing after 5 years - who could've imagined!). Wire would last a little longer, but would rust out also. Use both!

Glad you got the coop moved!

Coop not moved yet-hopefully this weekend.

Might I suggest 1st you edit out your phone number…..
I am wanting to attach a coop to this run.
Previous owner had a coop attached to this run. They used a culvert to join coop to run. Cut hole in run (see circled area). I have a culvert.
How would I attach/secure fence to it- and to coop fence?

suggestion #2:
Using the culvert as the template for the fence “hole” to be cut “AT ground level” and then take a section of hardware cloth and “sew it” onto the chainlink fence - Like I did in my coop/Run with the fence/wall that eventually got the doggy door for them to go into the small yard.

I suggest a spool of bailing wire for its flexibility!

then using wire cutters or “tinsnips” trim the hardware cloth in a way that allows it to be “sewn onto” to culvert via drilled holes using the same “bailing wire” and this way the HC can be *bent* & molded to the round form of the culvert and you can trim Away excess when done sewing it all together.

Ok here goes

Hello fellow Texans! I hope my post here isn't too disruptive.
I got a couple of Cayuga ducks that need to be rehomed in the Round Rock area. Due to certain circumstances we can't take care of them for much longer. They're 11-ish weeks old and I'm not sure what sex they are.

They've been living alongside our chickens since day 1 and might be a little overweight from having both duck and chicken feed. They're not aggressive, they just run away if you get near them.
If anyone is interested please send a DM or a reply and hopefully we can sort something out :)
