Well, I'm 99% certain two of my Mille Fleur D'Uccle are roosters. They're about twice the size of the third, who I think is female, they have way more color, more feathers on their feet, and they have begun to get noticeable combs. They have also been the ones chest bumping since about one week of age. Mostly it's the combs that have convinced me. Anyone near central Texas want a Mille Fleur D'Uccle rooster?

Um, would you want mine, too?

Howdy Tigerjane I always have room for a few more, I am interested in a few of the breeds you have, let me know we are just up the road and drive south all the time.

I've got two Mille Fleur D'Uccle chicks (3 weeks old) that I believe are roosters, if anyone would like them! I have pictures if you'd like, but they're not the best since they were trying to get away and I have my hand around them. Awesome feathering on their feet, the mille fleur pattern is already apparent, and they're the same size as the LF chicks in the brooder with them (all the same age) and double the size of the D'Uccle pullet. I'm in a residential area, and can't keep roosters.

I am hoping to find a Mille Fleur Cochin in the area that someone might be willing to sell - I'm hoping for one around 10 weeks old so she could join my two other chicks that age. OR an option - I have a 20 week old EE that just started laying that I might trade for the cochin if anyone is interested in that option - the EEs eggs are pale beige.

I raise Grey calls that we show , and have some Whites coming in Sept.

Those are the same colors I'm raising. You are local, too, at least by Texas standards.

Where are you getting your Whites? I am cold contacting people all over the country trying to get on waiting lists, etc. for eggs, birds, whatever for the spring.
Where do ya'll show? I have one awesome little White hen that I plan to show this fall and next spring starting in Haynesville, LA. in November.
