Yay! for today's arrival. Have you filed for insurance on the lost package yet? Or are they sticking to their story that they delivered it.

I haven't yet because I work longer hours than they are open. Planning to go in Friday (plus gives a couple more days to be sure the box doesn't miraculously show up). Thought that happened today when hubby texted "your eggs arrived", then checked tracking and saw that my quail box was marked delivered today. Gotta love the daily Yay!/No!/Yay!/No! LOL

Hoping my box of eggs that did arrive today is in good shape, will unpack when I get home. Incubator is all fired up and steady for when they are ready to be set, fresh, clean, pretty. First eggs for me of 2016, go!

No Clue but this chick is lovely!!!

I think I am about caught up now. Phew!

My 91-yo mother took a fall this morning and I had to go see her and make sure she was all right. She refused to let the paramedics take her to the hospital. She stills lives by herself in the neighboring town and walks to get her mail and groceries. She even refuses to use the cane we bought her about 2 years ago.

She's got a scrape on her forehead and bridge of her nose, but insists she is fine and does not want to even put a band-aid on it. I hope I am in such good shape when I get to her age!

awwwww I hope nothing more is wrong, and I awesome she is in that good of shape even though stubborn!
