Thanks Sweetie love you too. It's okay that's why I've got my DH2B his snuggles keep me warm. I'm so excited for Jazzy too! She seems great! Her crop even with eating now has not been getting huge but her crop was empty again this morning. Praying for you too Glory.

I'll likely be setting silkie/sizzle/showgirl eggs from my flock (can sell some if anyone is looking)
Ancona duck eggs also from my flock
And if they lay well, call ducks from my flock

86 eggs go into lock down tomorrow wish me luck. Been getting 80 to 95% hatch. Also just shipped 4 dz over seas to a customer please let them make it okay and hatch

I may need to get some Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Ameraucana eggs to hatch this spring. We sold ours a couple years ago when I was cutting back and now DD is asking to get some back.

My broody turkey lost both her babies today apparently, they are ready to leave the nest and explore, and she wasn't. It's 32° here. Both were cold on the floor when I found them so upsetting. I won't be letting any turkeys try again until it's much warmer out. The good news is that it didn't look like there was any damage to the poults which means the rest of the turkeys didn't bother them at all. They just got too cold.
