So we have the 1 turkey, yesterday 5 easter eggers today 1 duckling and 4 easter eggers. Still waiting in the incubator to see if they decide to hatch 2 turkeys, 4 easter eggers
I hope the turkeys hatch!

Out of 39 eggs in the incubator, I had LOTS of clears/infertiles. Final results:
12 clears, one early death, set 25 in the hatcher. 24/25 hatched out, one late death. :/
:celebrate24 Chicks!

Fantastic!

Nice!

Even scared a Niece!

I hung a picture of the stages day by day above the incubator and showed the Grandkids what day we were on on the paper. They thought that was cool.

Could be the inner membrane, is it connected by two thin cords? If yes, I had one last hatch, I cut the two thin cords once they dried up a bit and it immediately got better.

?????? Can this create a picking problem in the incubator by the other chicks? Would it be best to take the chick out or let it finish drying first?

Happy Easter Everyone!

I would move the chick until it was safe
