Lightning came back at dusk, just as her rule said. She settled next to Wind and nickered a soft "I'm sorry." to him. She nickered 'goodnight' to Celadon, Wind, Rocket, and Strider.

The dawn came, Wind got up and went to the large rock he found the day before. When on top, he could see the whole band. "I love this place," he whispered "and I love Lightning."
