Very pretty! Did those come from her eggs? What color is the daddy? I have an OEGB hen that acted like that. She calmed back down after the chicks were older. But my chocolate hens have stayed sweet. Well, one was a little meaner to the other (they raised the chicks together) but neither were ever aggressive toward me.My black hen has chicks right now. She is normally the sweetest little thing & the bottom of the pecking order. Since she has had these chicks, though, she has gone nuts & turned super aggressive to the other hens! They are all scared of her now. Hopefully when she is done raising her babies she will get back to normal.![]()
