After their swim, the lings preened under the heat lamp for a few minutes. They ate a little bit and then peeped wanting to come out some more. We brought them out on the blanket and they ran around for a bit. I set my phone down and they immediately ran over clicked on firefox, the home screen with recent sites came up and they pecked on BYC. About 3 seconds after I set my phone down, they were on BYC! They had already texted a friend of mine about 4 texts the day before and because of swype, they sent him actual words...

So I took the phone so they wouldn't end up making entries and they gave me the duckie pout face (OK, they looked up at the phone like they wanted it...). So I brought up "Where's My Water" They really loved it. They only thing I must caution you about if you try this with your 'lings. Don't do it if your Google Play Store is set up to make in app purchases without a password. There were several times they tried to buy additional add-ons for the game.

Latte: Pecking the green stuff doesn't work...

OH MY WORD. THIS IS AWESOME. LOOK AT THE CUTE FUZZ KIDLETS ON THE PHONE TEXTING AND SWIPING AND BEING YOUNGINS. DO THEY KNOW HOW CUTE AND SILLY THEY ARE? THEY ARE VERY CURIOUS LITTLE FLUFF BEINGS.

Julie's reactions are one of the rare joys in life, that is for sure... I think she helps us notice all the little things that add up to DUCK...

Oh, and I have a string of pics to show what hooooopoooose is, but I won't mar the spotlight of your 3 darling 'lings...

Neither am I, but that one got me good...

@JulieBird: Just wanted to let you know that the 'lings get kisses from me (on their little heads, backs, ...) every time they are on the blanket w us.

I just cannot help myself - between the warmth, the fuzz and the smell I'm constantly nuzzling them... Thought you might want to know that.

I am relieved too. She faced an awful lot of cute in one sitting. I am now convinced she is much more robust than we thought. She is like a quality pressure cooker: the pressure relief weight might rattle around and make a lot of noise, but the cooker is doing just fine with no threat of breaking.

I am now confident I can post the cutest picture I can come up with and although it might make the EEEEEEEEEEEeeeeee heard round the world, Julie will be fine.
